DayZCommander issues. plz help?

Hey guys. I have played DayZ before sucessfully and i was a happy man. But i got a new pc and needed to reinstall and all that mumbo-jumbo.

I used WithSix last time but someone recommended i used DayZCommander because it was much easier so i tried it.

Had a little issue downloading but issue was solved with a pc restart. 

After starting the game i immediatly noticed that two instances of the game open up, one with Operation arrowhead (no mods whatsoever) and another one with Dayz.

This is solved also by selection the "Start via steam" option in the launcher.

But when i use this mode i cant join servers because i get a authentication timeout error and get immediatly disconnected.

 

So i can only play if i have 2 Arma games open or i cant play if i fix that issue. Anyone knows what i could do to fix this?

I do not suggest using DayZCommander at this point, as it can't use the correct Beta-Version, whereas Six does.

 

If you have experience with PlayWithSix anyway - use that.

Thanks for the answer. I was actually looking at some of the post made on the other parts of the forum and just saw that dayzcommander shouldnt be used anymore. Will try Playwithsix and il post if anything happens

Okay i could use some help. I am using play with six at the moment and i am already having issues. Tried to play overpoch. Installed Overwatch, installed Epoch, installed Lingor map, added the -mod=@DayzOverwatch;@DayZ_Epoch parameter to the combined ops line and tried to join a CCG server. Only thing that shows up is a window called Arma 2 oa console version 1.63 with text containing a timestamp and saying dedicated host created and such. what is this and what can i do to fix it?

 

 

I dont have combined operations since i bought both games on the arma 2 complete collection, and playwithsix will only let me installed mods on the combined operations tab if i switch to the operation arrowhead tab it wont recognise the mods. If i start to join with operation arrowhead i get kicked but the game opens. If i try with combined ops the game opens a console and nothing happens. help please?
