DayZ Mod Connection to Host lost issue

hello, I Have been experiencing a Issue with DayZ Mod, every Epoch Server I seem to join kicks me from the game shortly after getting to the stage where it says "receiving data" it fills up the bar but it just stays like that with the bar full after being like that for about 30 seconds it then says that I have "No message received for 10 seconds" and then kicks me from the game with the message " Connection to Host lost " does anybody else have this issue? and is there a way to fix it?

I've been having the same problem man. Scaled so many moutains to find a way to fix it, all result in failure
