Poor quality, mouse issues, etc.

Today I purchased and downloaded DayZ standalone. When I clicked the 'play' button, it opened in very poor quality. I am having trouble moving around the mouse. I am not sure what the problem is or what to do. I reinstalled it and I still have the same problem. I even downloaded it it on my back up latop and had the same issue. Please help.
