cant download arma2 OA

Not much of a DayZ problem more of an Arma Problem.

 

so my problem is i had an update for arma 2 OA that i couldnt find. so i decided to uninstall arma 2 OA and then reinstall it. I did it once, overnight. and when i woke up. i launched Dayz and it says i need to download arma 2 OA. so im kind of confused. I started the download once again for OA that day and came back 2 hours later with about 5 min left. im waiting,watching the timer. and then it finishes. No popups saying the download is done or anything and no popups saying there was a problem. I go to my Library in steam and it still said i needed to download Arma 2 - Operation Arrowhead. to which i just came to the forums for help. Any ideas? should i re download all of arma 2?

Is the icon there, can you verify the cache ?
