I want to open my own server in Korea

I live in korea and I was try to open server by hosting companys, but there noting for Korea

So I was buy server computer hp ml370 g5
(dual zeon-quad 3.0ghz/ 16gb ram/ 500gb hdd)

I want to open server by this one
And I try everything what I can do with google

But still I can't open


Someone give me a link for guide or server files?
It will be really help for Koreans
