very frustrating introduction to this server

Been playing this server for a couple days, saved up a bunch of loot and bought a chopper. stashed all loot and locked chopper, logged off for a day. came back on and everything was gone. tried getting help from an admin and they were less than helpful. after asking for help for 1 hour when there was clearly admin online i gave up and left as they did not seem to want to help anyone. Hoping someone on the forums might actually be interested in helping me....

You will have to make contact with the Server Admin, we can not help you here.

Expect to lose your gear at some point and you will be fine.
