I would sure love it if it is.. can anyone confirm this? Im not a big handcuffing kind of guy, and dont have any friends near me to try it out quickly that would be willing to die now that I think of it.. I guess I dont HAVE to actually break their neck.. too tempting though ;)

The drop shadow effect on the text for "Break Neck" doesn't look the same as the one usually in the game. It's most probably a photoshop.
