After sooooo long... so long. I finaly get dayz standalone On a new laptop. When running the game the whole screen goes blotchy and the game runs in some 8 bit joke graphics.. I can't see no writing clearly. :(

 

Now here is the same laptop running the game fine

Try turning off v synch etc, turning off clouds, shadows, reducing textures quality etc.

I was strugling between 15-35 FPS and after trying tricks from the link I have 30-50 FPS.

 

PS.

 

Be sure to read 1st comment, it points out 1 type in the guide.

 

PPS.

 

Using this guide will gieve the graphic massive kick in the balls but if you want FPS on patato, FPS you will get.
