Forum change - can ONLY start new thread after searching title keywords first.

As this suggestion forum is filling up with repeat suggestions, i suggest a tweak where before you can post a new thread, the website searches the current posts first, and redirects you the most appropriate existing thread if you are just rehashing the same old ideas (which is most of the new threads).

Ps I hope to hell no one has posted A similar idea as that would be both ironic and stupid on part. :)
