This guy I ran into in Starry held me down at gunpoint with his AKM and his buddy took his pants off and kept rubbing his flesh mounds on my neck/chin area.  The smell was horrific and I threw up more than twice.

 

This was in real life too

Flesh mounds? Was he infected or did he have elephatitis? Or was it just franks and beans? Speaking of, they should add franks to DayZ so we have something that compliments the beans.
