[Request] Post-Gamespy workaround for DayZ

Hey everyone. I had been gone for about a week, haven't touched my DayZ. I come back and find out today that GameSpy has finally shut down. That being said. I've been having problems this morning trying to launch my DayZ. Could someone please post a topic on the new way to get the game to work? I've tried versions 112555 and 103718 of Arma 2, and neither seem to be working properly. I've heard that you can still join servers if you have the server IP, but I'm not sure if DayZ commander is still working or not. Just getting a lot of mixed messages from all over. I guess it would be better to post my questions in point form.

 

1.What versions are required to run DayZ now and will DayZ Commander still update them.

 

2.Is this new matchmaking via steam working yet/where is it?

 

3.Just clear this all up please.
