cooking pot as a container for all the small things

the  cooking pod need 4 places in the inventory - you lose 4 places for one empty cooking pod ....

 

when I grab my backpack then is my cooking pod the container for all the little things. Without wasting space  ;)

 

the suggestion is cooking pod + duct tape new heavy safe container with 4 places

 

after open you need a new stripe duct tape

I like the idea, but i'm not sure if duct tape is the right approach, with the re-application and everything.  In my home I actually have a cooking pot with a twist/lock mechanism to keep the lid on.  The pot should just be able to hold a few small items, like you said 4 slots.

 

And by the way, pro tip:  If you find the portable gas stove, attach the cooking pot to it.  It keeps the 2 vertical slots of the stove, while having both the stove and the pot.  You can even add a gas canister to it for use and still hold the 2 slots.

I agree, and the burlap sack should also allow for 2 or 3 slots IMO.

Until they fix this so it takes up 6 slots and then suddenly deletes your 75rnd drum mag  B)

 

I would like to be able to tie my pan to my rucksack instead of having to put it inside the rucksack.

Good idea.. cooking pot to have 4 slots and either tape the lid shut or you can have the clip on lid like the other chap suggested ! WE ARE ALL WINNERS !

The same thing works with firewood + fireplace kit. It uses the same attach system, so you just need to drop them, combine them and then take it in your inventory.

I'd like to bump this as this makes complete sense. Why on earth can my cooking pot not hold small items such as grenades or other junk? 

 

It's pretty useless just sitting in my inv only able to hold food.
