Different inventory and gui

Hi,

I just bought Arma II and downlaoded dayZ mods, I tried just dayZ and dayZ overwatch, but what I would like to know is, why my inventory and gui (healt, hungry etc indikators) looks like this image and why not like this. 

I have everything up to day (6/27) and using dayz commander.

 

I am nood, dont hate me please :)
