Buildings Collapsing in Elektro

First time I've ever seen that happen. I logged in on the rooftop of the hospital in Elektro to the sound of a building being demolished.

I checked across the street and watched it collapse into itself. It was a non-enterable building, so it wasn't really a big deal.

However, I logged into a different server later to see that the Elektro hospital had collapsed, rendering the delicious morphine inside unretrievable.

Has anyone had experience with this? Why was this happening? It was the strangest thing I've seen in this game, I had no idea that was even possible.

i once threw a smoke grenade at a wall inside a building (accidentally) and that whole corner of the house was destroyed, building didnt collapse tho.
