Hello, I started DayZmod after some while again and i get this error:

I am looking for a couple of hours already, but cant seem to find anything

This Error occurs in the Normal DayZmod aswell .. not only Epoch :

Then there is a mistake in your start up command line.

Could be a simple @ that is missing, or a ; Instead of an:
