I am pretty sure you are in Chernarus.

 

(would be easier if you made a screen of a town name or more of the surroundings, this billboard can probably found in many places)

Then I'll have to kindly ask you to take a picture of the town name that is shown on a white sign everytime you enter a village/town, sir.
