Dayz stanalone Graphics problem

So when I was changing some video settings, I accidentally clicked 'default' which resulted in a very laggy, very pixely dayz. unfortunately i cant move the mouse in game now and i cant change the settings back..... So in short, i cant play the game. Can someone help?

Quit Steam, delete your (name) config file in My Docs/DayZ.

Start Steam the file should be added if not, verify the game cache with the Steam tool provided.
