Mod Ideas

Alright. We've all wanted to see our own mod on dayz so thats why i want to see ideas! I can't make them into a mod but I'm sure you'll eventually find out how to make your mod or have someone do it for you. So these are my ideas-

 

1. Dayz Alaska

I live in Alaska so i thought Alaska would be a SICK map for dayz 

i would (if i could) make the map in the Soldatna,Kenai,Anchorage,Fairbanks,Homer,Sewerd area and everything in between! I would also

add a LOT more items.

If you want this idea give your beans!

 

2. Dayz mo' planes 

Just as the title suggests a lot mo planes and aircraft.

like C-130, Cessna, Jets, and lots more.

If you want this idea give yo beans foo!

Hello there

 

There are already many servers out there which have added all the vehicle you seek and as Lipmer put it (although a little tersely) there is the Namalsk Map, which has a definite wintry feel to it.

I don't think there should be another map for the official DayZ Mod. I think there just needs more elements added to make it feel as if it is a different map.

 

I can conclude that for the main element that could be used is weather that can create more effects on a survivor which could force them into laying inside tents to stay warm or using heat packs and surround themselves close to a fire barrel ;)
