Can someone explain the character reset situation?

maybe this is all bound together!

it has something to do with the Client trying to connect to the hive! cuz when i Exit out of Server browser, Client is connecting to hive to load my toon for the title Screen! and the crashes also happen then mostly!

This is NOT the thing about disconnecting after you die in the changelog. That's something different.

 

I lost my geared character and then my new character from server resets last night, and I didn't die. And yes I made sure I was on public hive.

I actually didn't die though.  That's why I was confused.   

I have to beg your pardon. The exact thing happened to me last night. Logging in and out a few times fixed it for now. Good thing too, as I just found some mags for my AKU, server goes down 3 minutes later. I log back unto another server and bam! I'm on the beach, not at the NWAF tents like I should be. Tried a few more times and it sorted itself out.
