Banned, but why?

Hey guys,

A friend and me was playing on a US Server (we don't know the exact name) and then we die and the same time (really the same time!). It wasn't a sniper or something but anyway I left the game and go offline. Later I try to join again on a server and I see a Global Bann message :huh:

I'm not sure if it's only me or my friend too (I can't contact them now) but I Have really now idea why? We do nothing wrong, just playing.

Any idea and what can I do now?

You were caught hacking.

Take your complaints to battleye, google for their support page.

You will only get ridiculed and laughed at here.
