I really hope that later on when a zombie kills something (animal or human) that it takes some time to feast on the corpse. Would be lame if they just killed you and ran on to the next victim. However as I have never seen it myself when playing (it is after all a relatively rare thing for a player to get killed by a zombie), I don't know if they only added it in this latest experimental or whether it is an older feature.
