How often does experimental update?

Sorry if this is a dumb questions, but I've been playing experimental lately and wondered - do updates to experimental come in as new features are added or is it like stable where there's one big update every month or so?

depends on the update from what I've seen, it's been my experience that experimental will sometimes get little hotfixes that update with the weekly maintenance (occasionally they will update with hotfixes at unusual times too tho) and sometimes experimental gets a big update that changes the version number. either way there are no change logs for experimental updates so finding out whats been added is a matter of following the devtracker or waiting till it rolls to stable. as far as when they update experimental - when updates are ready is usually how that goes.

Like Elle said - experimental is a bit more all over the place than stable. There's usually one big patch and then you might get some hotfixes and maybe a couple of extra bits of new content before it's pushed to stable.
