DayZ Grey Screen

When I join a server the game loads up normally, but right before i get in game I get a random grey screen with no error message. this randomly happened when i was flying in a jet i crashed and i guess i died, but now I get the grey screen whenever I join a server. however on other servers it just rejects me.

ive tried: verifying the files

         reinstalling battleye

         editing the regedit

         making sure everything is updated

There are no jets in Standalone and also not on the mod.

 

I have a feeling you're on about Epoch - they have their own forums where you're more likely to find an answer, as they're in no way affiliated to us.
