Random spawns: untouched shelters

If any of you have seen the movie adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's "The Road" or read the book, I wonder if you like the idea of a survivalists shelter spawning randomly on the map. Only one or two shelters per server at say 50-100 possible different locations (that should make it hard to find even for pros)

 

The survivalists bunker or shelter would be pretty small, a ladder leading down three meters into something the size of, say, four freight containers or so.

 

Packed with food, water, fuel, medicine and even a little bit of ammunition and maybe even a loaded gun (but correlating, not random mixed bags that don't fit)

 

You could also make a special metallic sound that comes when you run over the camouflaged lid.
