TheLoneSurvivior 37 Posted June 2, 2014 Why do guns not work when you pick them up from somebody else?I can get them in my hand, but i can't aim. I also cannot hipfire shoot. This got me killed so many times, i got killed by it just now,Long story short, i had a gun picked up with ammo but i could't use it, and died because of that. ?? Yeung-Jin 28 Posted June 2, 2014 (edited) I have a friend who had an issue with not being able to ADS with his rifle, and it seemed to be resolved by dropping the weapon and picking it back up without fists raised. As far as not being able to fire the weapon at all, that is most likely due to the condition of the weapon and ammunition. Hitting play shows server browser for me.2. I had a pistol left i was using to hunt him down, so it makes sense. Super annoying bug. So is the bug where you can't see items in people's inventories.Yes, this one is the most annoying bug yet, you pick up a pristine hunters backpack and its empty, you can't put anything in it, you relogg and find it full with ruined stuff, the backpack is ruined also. I've shot players in the head and watched their bodies slide across the ground at sprinting speeds to cover and then finally die, then access to their inventory takes a couple minutes to become available. I've had them just never become visible the entire playthrough, as well as relogging to have it still not work. Some times my group mates can see the stuff, some times they can't. One thing that works, some of the time, is to try to put an item into whatever container/clothing it is.
