Help BE problems

Someone please help me if possible I got global banned by battle eye for no reason. I was playing last night everything was fine i got to get on today and i'm banned. I contacted battleye and they told me i was account banned from battleye but didn't say why. If anyone can help me get unbanned that would be appreciated. 

 

Note: if I posted this in the wrong thread I apologize; i'm new.

If you've been globally banned there is nothing we can do, as you will have to contact BattlEye support. Credentials in my signature.

 

If you have been banned by an Admin, it will tell you something different than "Global Ban". In either way, you will have to contact the Admin as well then.
