They'll most likely finally put worthwhile loot at the NWAF and Balota, as well as the other major western military bases.  They've moved the m4 exclusively to heli crashes which from a map I saw seem to be primary in the west as well, although while I think some people probably have a hardon for the m4 I doubt it'll be enough real incentive yet.  The thing is, until they do add good loot over there, there's no point.

 

I really wish they would have left spawns alone till they sorted this shit out.
