I'm looking for a private hive of the DayZ mod 1.8.1 (and only the mod)

I don't want any mod servers like Epoch, I just want the pure vanilla but on a private hive.  Is there any servers out there that are populated that have this?

 

My main concern is that many of the current popular mods make it impossible to take things from people.  I'm usually not a stealer, but I like the idea of me having to protect my territory, not have a invincible safe that no one can enter or a car that no one can steal.

 

I'm in the U.S. as well.
