DayZ: Standalone Ban for nothing? #885502

Hello, iam new in this Forum so please excuse me if i make faults.

 

Some days ago i wanted to play DayZ again so i joined a Server and got a big surprise

 

I have recently been buying DayZ and I just got banned for no Reason from Dayz, it says the following: you were kicked off the Game (BattlEye: Global Ban #885502)

So I wrote an E-Mail to BattlEye and said to please lift the Ban. i have done nothing iam innocent i said...

I am at a LOSS what should i do now?

Have you downloaded any files or literally anything from the internet? It may get you banned.

No i have'nt . nothing in this short time i played DayZ i was loving it. in no way i cheated. never did

 

could this ban caused by two players playing with one Router on same IP ?

i mean my brother and i play almost DayZ everyday together and for so far there were no problems
