Offer Action

I was thinking we got social action from waving a friendly hand to other survivor to give them the finger...so with the new posibility of fireplaces which will lead (and already are) to groups and camps...there should be an action to offer an Item...

 

Let me explain, Imagine you're in a city fighting the living dead and you run out of ammo...your friend takes out his sidearm and press F8 and he extend his arm with the gun giving you the option to grab it from his has just like if it was on the floor. With the mouse scroll action menu.

 

So far I use the throwing system to give shit away. and you might be thinking why we don't just drop it on the floor?

 

Well is mostly for a friendly approach to player interaction I suppose, plus...sometimes when we drop things they dissapear in the void or just don't spawn for the other player. Let me know what you think :)

 

 

PS: I know is not a priority and I'm not asking for this to be implemented now. Just to be considered

I've thought about something along the lines of this as well. It would be nice to be able to quickly trade an item without bringing up a trading screen or whatever. Though it would be nice to be able to put things into a slot between the two players, and able to pick up whatever from the slot in a sort of fictional trading slot-area. If the players then separated, the slot would disappear, and the items revert back to the original owner, or end up on the ground if there's no room.

Oh well, something like that.

I totally agree ! I just thought of this idea and thought I would do a search before posting a new topic ^_^ It's simply a great idea for the fact of authenticity and interaction
