HFB Servers - What's going on?

Hey everyone, I'm having a problem with HFB servers. I bought a 50 slot server and I've been waiting for over 24 hours for the server to work. I installed the mod along with the update for it (epoch) and I can't even join the server. It simply does this when I try to join the server: http://prntscr.com/3muts2 and it also says that ot's in a state that doesn't allow me toplay http://prntscr.com/3muu2i Is it HFB Servers issue or is it my issue? I submitted a ticket but I haven't gotten a reply yet.
