You've obviously never seen a coastal area, especially in the mornings. I wasn't aware only silent hill was allowed to have a very natural and fairly regular weather type.

 

From Chicago and now in Texas so I haven't seen really any fog ever

 

Sucks because for some reason I feel like it would be awesome to walk through.

Your not missing anything. Pretty much feels like your never "in" fog but its always right over there.
