Zombie Skins = Different Loot Chance

We are all familiar with the fact that Civilian Zeds have a chance of spawning drinks and beans(?) and Soldier Zeds have a chance of spawning ammo. Why not have other skin types which are rare but have chances of spawning other loot. For example:

Hikers - chance to have maps, watches and compasses

Doctors/Nurses - chance for medical supplies

Junkies - chance of having morphine

The list is endless and i feel it would add more to zombie killing. Instead of bypassing a group of Zeds you might have reason to scope them out and hunt one down.
