Mays (DayZ) 154 Posted May 26, 2014 I used a custom setting before that Frankie was using, and now.. well now after a long time not playing it it's really really laggy no matter what. What do I do?

hombrecz 832 Posted May 26, 2014 You mean that DayZ used to run smooth for you and now it lags?If it's lags, then check connectivity, if it is rubberbanding, then it is normal on experimental now.Or if you mean low FPS, then it's also nothing new, we are patiently waiting for client optimalisation. Element47 2480 Posted May 26, 2014 at this stage of development, its not unusual to see updates have a detrimental effect on performance or even introduce gamebreaking bugs.i'd say report it with thorough description and dxdiag to the feedback tracker, but client performance is raw at the moment, and will stay so for quite some time i'd presume. SFRGaming 718 Posted May 26, 2014 Well, my FPS actually went up in Exp compared to Stable. A bit weird yours declined. My second PC (the one I'm on at the moment) has the same CPU.
