stuck in a rock

So i logged out laying on a rock and when i logged back in im inside the rock and can not get out. Any suggestions?

Die a slow painful death full of starvation, moans and regret.

But if you're not into that sometimes running at the wall over and over again from and at different angles works or try logging into a different server after you run to a different spot on the rock. It might spit you out.

I would love to see a screen shot too. What's the inside of a rock look like?
