post effects. How do I remove?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

How can I keep the graphics from fading in and out of contrast? It appears that the game operates like auto exposure on a camera. And the same with bloom, how does one turn it off? it is a horrible effect.

Plus - is 20 fps an average? I find the graphics to be quite smooth in general and stutter free, but fraps displays an average of 20 fps. This seems odd considering 60 is seen as desirable.

Also, excuse my noobness.

Thanks

It's Post Process and it's under the Advanced button on your Video Options menu. Kill it! Kill it with fire! Or just turn it off, either way it should solve your issue.
