Arma II: NOT FOUND (Out of date)

Hello, I have a little problem. When I'm tryin update Arma II I get this error - 


Maybe someone know how to fix it. I've tried manual update, tried everything..




You can see, I have Arma II both.

Install and run OA beta, it shows uninstalled in your library.

Now its - 


But after pressing "Install" I get same error.

Have you ran both arma 2 and arma 2 OA? maybe that can help?

Step 1: Go to your directory of Arma 2 OA
 

ex. E:\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion

Step 2: Delete the Folder named "beta"

Step 3: Install v103718

• Manually update beta - http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php
• download patch + run exe

I am having the same issue with my DayZ commander, i try to dowgrade to version 103718 (to play on servers running that patch) i deleted the beta folder and downloaded the correct patch manualy but i still get the same error in DayZ Commander Arma 2 NOT FOUND (Out of Date) and i get this error message when I try to join any server! PLEASE HELP!
