I got stuck under the floor in Dayz SA can anyone help me

I was switching servers and i went into a house so i logged and when i logged back in my charchter was under the floor and most people will say press V and get out but i cant jump im under the floor so my head hits it and  cant jump and i cant lie down im super geared and i really dont want to die even if i starve my charchter he is full energized and healthy sop it would take forever does anyone know a way i can get out? if you need a screenshot to see what i can do just ask and i will post one

Those are the screenshots of where i am i have been trying to do everything i can but i just cant get out

look at a wall, run, then jam sumthin in "w" keyboard so you keep running. put game in windowed mode, watch youtube while you wait for the glitch out, lag will happen eventually and you will find yousrself outside. for me it took a while, about 20 minutes,  maybe if you open loads of videos it will make your connection lag so you will get out faster, as irish suggested a few days ago in a post like this

Dude i fking love you i opend up mabye 40 tabs of a 1080p youtube video and i got out in 30sec thankyou so much this gear took me so long to get and i would just be so pissed without it thankyou again so much you are awesome thanks x1000 it worked just thankyou
