Stuck in building, fractured leg..energised and hydrated. Cant die?

Hi guys,

 

im stuck in a building, which i cant escape.  I have a fractured leg.. im also energised and hydrated. my energised or hydrated status isn't going down and I cant respwan. I've already re-insalled day-z tried different server and rolling while prone. None of these things work?

 

Do I need to get another steam account just to buy dayz again?

Just contact DayZ support to help you out. BTW For future reference, you do not need to re-install anything to move your character. Your character is saved server side.

I think he means he glitched inside a building and can't get out.

In the mean time while you wait you can also try:

1. Log onto high pop server and yell for help.
2. Log onto low pop server and fire gun (zeds might come running).
3. Check the Medic thread, someone there might actually be able to help you. If they can get you back on your feet you might be able to vault out of the wall (or they *might* be able to kill you).

This often works for me:

Crawl as far into / toward the nearest you can get to a door or stairwell, and hold down 'W' and 'V' at the same time, and while holding them down, exit the game. Then, do the same thing while re-joining that (or another) server, holding those keys until you are in. You will often spawn outside the door or in the stairwell. Sometimes it takes a couple of times, often just once. You will still have the broken leg, but someone might help you, or at least kill you. Good luck.
