I cant update epoch because the download say cant find application and I dont have dayzcommander because my computer doesnt support it

on the download site it tells you what you need for it to work properly as well as a troubleshooting:

It can very well be possible that you're missing for example the .NET framework.

That was what the problem was but couldnt find the correct one to download. any suggestions?
