Graphics Glitch

Im getting this weird graphics glitch. Anyone know how to fix it? It makes it look like a lot of movement is happening with all these textures bleeding through.post-202573-0-04208200-1399858431_thumb.post-202573-0-99007700-1399858450_thumb.

If you have a good PC, increase max render distance in your INI files.

 

Will still appear at longer ranges, though. Currently no perm fix.
