Fix the please wait glitch...

Why hasn't the glitch where you join a server and it says please wait for 10 minutes been fixed yet? The dev team have had ages to fix this and even if you leave and rejoin, it gives a 99 sec timer and the please wait sometimes comes up again.

 

Please fix!

As far as I am aware, the "Please Wait..." screen stays for quite a while when a server restarted. It does take a while for the server to start up. Just make sure you don't join any empty servers.
