I gave Dean the benefit of the doubt, but as I read his comments and watch his youtube interviews, I am now convinced he is the sort of guy who should be in a development team and not heading a development team. The sort of things he contributes, ideas, are all out there. They now need a firm head who can see to it that things are implemented effectively and efficiently.
