1shot Makarov?

So i faced a guy in Elektro, shot him twice with my revolver. He got hide, then he tried to shot me. I avoided most of his shots. Then I saw him moving, got my aim ready, when he showed up, I shot (probably miss) he turns up, shots, and Im dead (50m distance).

From the sound of the gun, I can garantee it was a Makarov. So here's my question, is it possible to 1shot a guy (I had 11.400 Blood) with a Makarov?

After I got shot, my Debug Monitor showed no Blood loss.. (still with the 11.400 Blood).

If that's the case, it was one hell of a shot.

I'm pretty sure you can 1-shot with any weapon if you hit an headshot.

Although the no blood loss thing only happened to me when I was killed by hackers or bugs (when I get shot I get negative blood)

I've been one-shotted by a Makarov before. It's the most frustrating thing in the world :)
