Wouldn't it be cool if you could find flags or make them with a pole, rags and some spray or something and deploy them at you camp??

It depends for what purpose. If you deploy them somewhere expect some banditos to come looking.

Maybe if you want to declare yourself a medic you could stick one up with a red cross or something?

yup, exactly or you could put it up in a town or in a bandit camp that you cleaned out so that you could let the know your in control or sumthing like that..

Man, that would be a pretty big task to add, all for something that only adds a bit of flair. I think there are so many more meaningful things which should be added rather than complex systems such as this. With only a small team of devs, it would probably take a few weeks to get something like this functional.
