Seattle 108 problems?

Anyone know why seattle 108 is constantly down? The only time ive ever found a vehicle(2 at once!!) and of course the server is just up and down over and over :(

Dunno, but I think the reason vehicles are so easy to find there is because it's being constantly restarted.

I think it's only up when the admin wants to play, but I don't know that for certain.

It's pretty annoying, I set up a tent there and loaded it with stuff, then it's been a pain because of my schedule to get back on the server and take it down. It's going to drop soon.
