Trouble Launching DayZ Epoch through DayZ Commander

I don't know what the hell I did wrong, but every time I launch DayZ through DayZ Commander, It just opens up the ARMA 2 OA loading screen (With the tanks next to the barracks) and menu.

HOWEVER, if I actually open Operation Arrowhead, it opens DayZ Epoch loading screen and menu, and I have to use the shitty built in browser.

Can anybody shed some light onto the situation?

 

Also, DayZ Commander used to run fine but then I chose to play Operation Arrowhead's missions and ever since then it screwed it up.
