for some reason this looks exactly the same as mine and I don't nearly run at that high of settings

Well judging by the specs posted in the video description, I doubt it's running natively at 4K. It looks no different to mine too.

After I read your comment I thought my internet more than likely wont handle a 4K vid either and indeed I was wrong.. Only because I'm in Australia and we have the crappiest internet on the planet

Unless you're watching the video on a monitor that supports 4k resolution it won't look any different.
