YvesChief 4 Posted May 4, 2014 okay... First of all. I really like the loot/gear system where you have to arrange your loot to make it fit in your clothing. But It's really basic... And I don't like basic. Why not make it exactly like Tetris. Letting you turn around (90/180 degrees). for example: When I have a splint, It takes up 3 slots vertically. If I could turn it around 90 degrees, it could fit in the small protector case or even the medical kit which has 3 slots horizontal. This way we can arrange our gear much more efficient and it would be way more realistic. With this example I also hope we can place the M4 vertically (taken apart) in our backpacks. I can assume this will be only possible in the mountain backpack and eventually the tent if this will be added to the game. P.S. If I am the 100th person with this idea. Sorry for the spam...
Pandafish 60 Posted May 4, 2014 (edited) i like to think of it like resident evil 4 item organizing. where you have to fit things inside of your briefcase and you get bigger briefcases etc and theres a whole mechanic to flipping items around to fit them perfectly in your suitcase. Electi 149 Posted May 4, 2014 Also make pokets have sense, like pocket in jeans made from 4 small pockets,so you can wear 4 pistols, also behind the belt few.But you can't but ammo-box inside jeans because - how the hell you can put large box in any pocket? Understood?Like real-life size items.
qww 287 Posted May 4, 2014 definitely should be able to store items vertically or horizontal
Moira 2 Posted May 17, 2014 I totaly agree, rotatable items would be way more realistic. Another thing in the same line of thought would be, that emptie clothes, such as pants or hoodies, could be foldable so that they take up less space.
