Didnt get the murder?

So, I was at stary sobor, I run into this guy and we start unloading our mags into each other, I drop and make him pass out, And I quickly bandage myself. I start to hear flies, and thinking I get the murder, I didnt. It didnt show, but I for sure heard flies. So was he actually dead, or just passed out and bleeding out?

And if anyone is wondering, I quickly got out of the game, because I didnt want to risk dying and I was passed out.... Still no murder shows.

You said there was 2 guys, perhaps the other guy got the kill or he logged out. I don't know, it's reallt buggy right now, sometimes I don't get it aswell.

meh i've been shot and passed out bled out till the you are dead screen. logged out (abort) came back 3 hours later and i was 1000 blood where i got shot. and passed out.

I had a similar situation happen today. However, it was just me and him. He came at me with his hatchet, it was no match for the ak74. He proceeded to climb up a ladder, making finishing him off all the easier. He didn't log, he totally died. Maybe he bled out? I didn't get the kill.

I've personally killed 4 people and still not gotten a single "murder". One even said it was friendly fire, so I have no idea what's going on, there.

That's messed up. I thought the friendly fire thing had to do with people either hacking or exploiting being invisible, however it is they do that...

as i think if you got attacked first its not a murder. if you shoot first its gonna be murder instead of ''self-defense''. if you kill a bandit its no murder either, right?

Not sure. I think its a "murder" if you kill a survivor (non bandit) and bandit kill if you kill a bandit (makes sense right?). Of course this all requires that someone, somewhere start the cycle. But judging by this forum that wouldn't take long lol.

Same problem here - didn't get the murder on one of the guys I killed. To be certain I shot his body in the head once to ensure he wasn't still somehow alive, and I got a "BLUE ON BLUE!" message, the game thought it was friendly fire.
